CRM and SaaS services
We build systems for clients, staff, and managers. Each role gets its own portal, access to the right data, and up-to-date order, request, or operation statuses.
CRM, SaaS services, booking, payments, and integrations. Every solution is built around your business processes.
In systems with roles, payments, and integrations, an architecture mistake quickly leads to manual work, data drift, and costly rework. So we map processes first, then write code.
Client and staff portals, payments, bookings, 1C, and CRM must work as one system. Data syncs automatically between them — no duplication, no drift.
// BUILT FOR THE BUSINESS
We build systems for clients, staff, and managers. Each role gets its own portal, access to the right data, and up-to-date order, request, or operation statuses.
We set up card, terminal, and link payments, plus cash accounting and fiscalization. The system tracks operation status, issues receipts, and updates the order. All actions are linked in one flow.
We configure data exchange between the site, online store, 1C, and CRM. Prices, stock, clients, orders, and statuses update automatically by your business rules. Staff keep working in familiar systems with current data.
We build services where the client picks a date, time, or service, and the system checks availability and locks the booking. When needed, we account for staff schedules, seat counts, routes, statuses, and notifications.
We choose technologies based on current tasks, future growth, and system load.
// PROVEN IN PRODUCTION
PHP backend and Vue.js interfaces. We use a stack we already run in production — no experiments for fashion’s sake.
We design schemas for financial operations, roles, and change history. Data stays consistent across modules.
Code in your repository from day one. Deployments and updates follow clear stages — no manual prod deploys.
We connect accounting, payments, and document flow so statuses and amounts do not drift between systems.
We respect the client’s resources and our reputation. We pass on tasks where our level is overkill and take on work where a logic or integration mistake hits the business.
// COMPATIBILITY CRITERIA AND CLEAN TRIAGE
Problem → architecture → scale. A screenshot where we have one; an honest placeholder where we are still working.
// PROBLEM
The tour operator needed more than a tour storefront — a live system: flight and transfer booking, multiple roles, and payment with fiscalization.
// ARCHITECTURE
Custom CRM and site with portals for client, owner, managers, partners, and drivers. Transport, seats, and driver selection during booking; card, terminal, or cash payment via PRRO-enabled registers.
// SCALE
Multi-role model, payments with fiscalization, and logistics in one flow — complexity where a typical studio usually stops.

// PROBLEM
Stores needed interactive 360° product photos with markers and tooltips — not static sliders from a template.
// ARCHITECTURE
Custom SaaS: slider and marker admin, frontend widget, GIF/video export, and embed on the client’s CMS storefront.
// SCALE
Full product from scratch: from control panel to client widget — not “another custom site”.

// PROBLEM
The salon needed an operating system: staff roles, services, clients, and financial logic — not an Excel spreadsheet.
// ARCHITECTURE
CRM on Vue 3 + Vite and CodeIgniter 4: balances and transactions, roles (administrator, master, manager), service and client base tracking.
// SCALE
Role-based access plus financial layer (balances, P&L) in a product customizable for a salon chain.

// PROBLEM
The auto shop already had its own CRM. They needed a site and personal portal on top of it — without a second source of truth for clients.
// ARCHITECTURE
WordPress + custom portal with phone-number auth. Data pulled from the client’s CRM: vehicles, service history, prices by operation.
// SCALE
Deep integration with a third-party CRM and custom portal on CMS — not an off-the-shelf “auto service site” template.

At every stage it is clear what is done, what is in progress, and what comes next.
First we map how your processes, roles, and integrations work. Only then do we quote timeline and cost.
We agree on architecture, then develop and connect integrations in stages.
We test critical flows, including payments and data exchange, before production release.
After go-live we help stabilize the system and evolve it as the business grows.
Straight answers on scope, timeline, code, and process — no marketing speak.
// SCOPE, FIT & OWNERSHIP
We take complex business logic: multi-role systems, bookings, payments with fiscalization, 1C and CRM integrations. We do not build brochure sites and landing pages without internal logic. We work on point integrations and platforms from scratch — what matters is task complexity, not budget size.
If you only need a landing or brochure site without logic; design or branding without development; marketing, SEO, or ads; or a “site in a couple of days on a builder”. We do CRM, roles, payments, and integrations — if the task is simpler, we will say so.
We map the task and architecture first, then quote — there are no fixed price lists because every project differs in complexity. Timeline ballparks: point integration (CRM, 1C, payment) — usually 2–4 weeks; portal and site on your CRM — 1–2 months; platform from scratch with roles, payments, and integrations — 3–6 months.
We do not rewrite for the sake of rewriting. First we review what exists: code, architecture, bottlenecks. If we can extend and isolate a problematic module without risk to the rest — we propose that path. Full refactor only when maintaining old code costs more than building new.
Fixed price per stage or project — after discovery and agreed scope. Time & materials — when scope is flexible or iterations are needed along the way. After launch we stay available: changes on request, fixes, feature growth — task-based without a mandatory retainer, or monthly support with agreed SLA. We hand over code and access; format depends on agreement.
All rights to code and deliverables are yours — no vendor lock-in. You get source code, repository access, documentation, and — if needed — server/hosting access. We work in your Git repository from day one, not only at project end.
We map the task → clarify architecture and roles → send a plan and estimate.
Yes, we sign NDA on request before discussing project details. We communicate in Russian and Ukrainian; English for calls, correspondence, and documentation if that works better. We work on Kyiv time (EET/EEST).
Message directly on Telegram. No 20-page questionnaires, long briefings, or calls with account managers. Describe the task in your own words — we will map architecture, ask precise questions, and give an honest engineering estimate.
